Downtown Muncy, Inc. has spent the past year turning vision into action. In 2025 alone, we produced well-attended community events that brought thousands of residents downtown, ensured no child had to pay for swimming lessons, supported our local library and fire company, and reinvested funds directly back into our community.

We are a volunteer-led organization committed to strengthening Muncy through collaboration, thoughtful programming, and purposeful fundraising. Now, we are building on that momentum.

Taste of Muncy is a free community dinner designed to bring neighbors together around one shared table. This event will highlight local restaurants, celebrate small businesses, and create an inclusive space where families and residents can gather without cost being a barrier.

Downtown Muncy, Inc. has steadily grown community engagement through events like Downtown Muncy Fourth Fridays, Holiday Market, and our first Arbor Day celebrations coming April 25, 2026, and other seasonal programming that brings residents into the heart of town.

Taste of Muncy builds on that momentum with a free, inclusive dinner designed to strengthen connection, celebrate local restaurants, and support our downtown businesses. 

This $5,000 campaign will directly support:

• Food coordination with participating restaurants

• Event infrastructure and equipment

• Permits and insurance

• Marketing and outreach

• Volunteer and operational logistics

This focused goal ensures the inaugural Taste of Muncy is fully funded and executed with care.
