Dyersville Area Community Foundation

We connect donors and nonprofits together to make a difference in our area. We find the donor's passion and match up with an endowment to leave a lasting legacy. Our Grant making program allows local programs and projects receive funding that is needed. Individuals or organizations can set up endowment funds to benefit a local nonprofit or charitable cause. Endowments are invested and annual earnings help organizations grow.

The foundations mission is to strengthen our communities and one of the ways we do this is by using the donations made to our foundation endowment and awarding grants to our great local nonprofit organizations. Our nonprofits do such wonderful work and contribute so much to our neighborhoods so we need them around for years to come. This past year with donations made to our foundation, including those made on Great Give Day, we were able to grant over $30,000 for community development, health and food securities, youth and families, and education. We were also able to help the Rural Community Food Pantry secure their forever home.   The donations people make to our endowment have huge impacts!
