Eden Centers for Hope and Healing

A nonprofit organization

Founded in 2011, Eden Centers for Hope and Healing is a groundbreaking non-profit in New Orleans, Louisiana offering comprehensive recovery services and housing to survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation at no cost to our clients. Our organization is built on five essential pillars:

1. Recovery and Re-entry Services: We provide emergency, transitional, and long-term housing, therapeutic case management, group therapy, and specialized trauma therapy.

2. Youth Prevention and Education Services: Our prevention program empowers at-risk youth and the community to recognize and report human trafficking, fostering awareness and action.

3. Legislative Advocacy: In partnership with Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, we host a monthly legal clinic for survivors and work on state-level advocacy to create laws that protect survivors and hold traffickers accountable.

4. Economic Empowerment: Through our social enterprise, Eden Market, we offer employment opportunities for survivors, helping them achieve financial independence.

5. Lifetime Community of Care: Once individuals become part of Eden Centers, they remain a part of our community for life.
