Emerge Everyone

Emerge Everyone began as an organization that provided free fitness classes to individuals with intellectual disabilities in the St. Charles and St. Louis region. We have expanded to include personal training scholarships that have helped individual athletes develop physically and mentally, services such as "Empower Hour" which provide various educational seminars to parents and athletes on various topics such as nutrition, and a Special Olympics powerlifting team, which taught several of our athletes proper powerlifting and allowed them to compete at the Special Olympics-Missouri meet. During 2020, Emerge Everyone began providing virtual training services to the public and various organizations (such as Community Living and Emmaus Homes) through Facebook and Zoom, helping the intellectually disabled to stay healthy and connected during the pandemic. We are also currently developing a triathlon team to help our athlete continue to have more fitness experiences in the community and continue our work connecting with other organizations in St. Charles and St. Louis, bringing inclusiveness of our athletes throughout the area.
