Our mission is to provide up-to-date stories about first responders, severe weather events, and alerts to create unity between citizens and those that protect and serve them and connect victims to resources to aid in recovery.

Rose City Emergency Media is a non-profit organization based in Tyler, Texas, that provides breaking news, pictures, and videos of emergency response scenes to the public. We have a passion for highlighting the work of local public safety personnel and showing the community how others serve them. Additionally, we strive to provide fast, accurate severe weather information during extreme weather events to help communities stay prepared and safe.
