Emma's Project

we envision a world where no child ever drowns. We are committed to education and public awareness of the dangers of childhood drownings in public and private pools.

We partner with another non profit, Colin's Hope and produce water safety cards. We hand these out to the public pools in the Brazos Valley and at public events. This year, we are donating 48 infant and toddler life vests to the aquatic centers in Bryan and College Station. We are partnering with Santa's Wonderland to have a nonprofit night and advertising where a portion of the entry fees goes to our nonprofit.

Our story is no different than other families who have lost a child due to a preventable drowning. What is different is that we are committed to saving lives of children from drowning now. No parent, none, should have to walk the path we walk now. The loss, separation, pain, tears, no parent should ever have to deal with this ever again. And we ask families to be ever watchful around water and their children. Drowning is the leading cause of death among children 1-4 and in the top 5 causes of death from 5-15.
