Since 1980, the Ephrata Performing Arts Center has been producing cutting-edge plays and musicals, enjoyed by thousands of people in Lancaster County and beyond, year in and year out. 2025 marks a milestone year, as it will be EPAC's 45th Season.
For 45 years, EPAC has lived by its mission to create exceptional theatre that engages and resonates with our audience. We focus on outstanding storytelling and top-tier production values while fostering an inclusive environment for all. Our vision is to be a beacon of creativity in our region that reflects our community's diversity, and offer a safe and welcoming space for artistic expression and collaboration.
2025 will be no different, but we cannot do it without you and your support.
The reality is that ticket sales only cover about a third of the cost it takes to operate year after year, which means we depend on generous donations to ensure that we are able to continue to produce high-quality, impactful, and diverse theatre that you have come to expect when walking through our doors.
Your support is our lifeblood, and we are so grateful to all that have belief in us and our mission.
Please consider donating to EPAC during the 2024 Extraordinary Give on November 22nd from midnight to midnight. Again, we cannot do what we do without you!
The Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC) is a nonprofit community-based theater organization that is committed to providing quality cultural and educational programming to our region. EPAC is a major economic driver in Northern Lancaster County and is an integral part of both the Lancaster and Berks County performing arts communities. Originally known as the Legion Star Playhouse, EPAC's first theatrical productions took place in a pavilion in Ephrata's Grater Park sixty-seven years ago. As our community continues to feel the impact of COVID-19, EPAC remains committed to navigating this difficult period of uncertainty together, through a message of love, hope, and positivity. We know the value of art in times of uncertainty. Art reflects who we are. At EPAC, we always have and will continue to be fiercely devoted to telling these essential stories of connection, belonging and humanity. We ask that you support us in whatever way you can, as we navigate this moment, and work towards bringing these stories back to our stage.
