Eva's Heroes

Who We Are

Eva’s Heroes is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual special needs by providing an inclusive setting built on four tenants: Interact, Grow, Learn and Love. We provide an opportunity for teens and adults to enjoy unique recreation and socialization experiences in our community. Their involvement with Eva’s Heroes enriches their lives and allows them to become a more active member of our community.
Engaging our participants in these recreational and social activities helps to foster self-assured interaction, enhanced independence, and strengthen self-esteem.
We are proud of the love and light that our Board, volunteers, staff, and constituents contribute to impact over 2,000 individuals with intellectual special needs and their families in San Antonio and Bexar County annually.
