Mission

Our purpose is to work in collaboration with our community to serve the greatest needs of EvergreenHealth Medical Center. Together, we work with individuals, other foundations, and corporations to finance new programs and initiatives, acquire state-of-the-art equipment, provide community outreach and wellness programs and build new facilities.

Description

EvergreenHealth is a state-certified, licensed, integrated healthcare system that offers a full range of clinical and support services. This comprehensive community-based network serves more than 109,000 thousand residents of King and Snohomish counties annually.  The EvergreenHealth medical staff is made up of approximately 800 physicians, representing more than 50 different specialties. EvergreenHealth has 4,500 employees and over 1,200 volunteers. It is governed by a publicly-elected Board of Commissioners which provides legal oversight to ensure quality of care and access to care for the community. The EvergreenHealth Foundation supports the mission of EvergreenHealth by developing resources for capital projects, programs, and uncompensated care. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees.
