Eve's Place Inc

Supporting any victim of domestic, sexual and teen dating abuse by increasing access to services through mobile advocacy.

Eve's Place Inc., founded in April 2004, is a non-profit organization in the West Valley of Maricopa County. Eve's Place has provided innovative and empowerment based programs to victims of domestic violence. Eve's Place began as a gap provider for victims of domestic abuse. The purpose, to provide the services other programs could not or did not provide. Over the years Eve's Place has provided many types of services in many diverse venues. Eve's Place provided emergency shelter in a home setting, giving victims a more comfortable environment. In order to provide even more privacy, the emergency program was relocated to an apartment complex. This allowed for fewer people in each apartment and more autonomy for the victims needing shelter. This model also provided an opportunity to reach more underserved populations, such as male victims and individuals with alternative lifestyles. At this time, Eve's Place provides multiple programs using a mobile concept. These mobile programs allow victims who do not need/want shelter to access important services in their own community. These programs also remove the number one barrier of transportation in getting to needed services. Since moving to the mobile concept, Eve's Place continues to provide services to any victim needing assistance. Services to victims of sexual assault and teens are available in all our locations, which include: Maricopa County, a 75-mile radius of Quartzsite (including Blythe, CA) and the Navajo Nation. Some of our partners in our locations include the following: Police Departments in Surprise, Peoria, Tolleson, Maryvale, Paradise Valley, Fresh Start for Women, the Phoenix Prosecutor's Office, the District Attorney of Riverside County and many others.
To continue to provide services that are needed by victims, Eve's Place has begun working under the name Eve's Place Community Services. There is no longer one size fits all programs for victims of domestic violence and Eve's Place will continue to create and maintain all-inclusive programs for victims of domestic, sexual and teen dating abuse.
