Expect More Arizona

A nonprofit organization

Expect More Arizona brings communities together to create positive change in education at all levels.

Over the last 10 years, Expect More Arizona has built the largest statewide network of Arizonans who believe an excellent education for all students can be a game changer for our state and are willing to take action to create change. We are recognized as a leader and convener. We are known for being a trusted source of credible, nonpartisan information and we have been at the forefront of challenging Arizona to build an education-first culture.

Our unique niche - and what makes us worthy of your donation - is our ability to bring seemingly disparate voices together to make change happen. We do this by bringing people and organizations together to find common ground.

We've done this with more than 200 partners in creating the Arizona Education Progress Meter, which is a set of goals and indicators for student outcomes by 2030. The Education Progress Meter provides a shared vision for the outcomes that we hope to see in education. It has been used by hundreds of organizations across the state, including elected leaders, educators, funders, business leaders, and 45 cities and towns that have adopted the goals. This collective effort through the Progress Meter demonstrates the power of bringing communities together to improve education.

We've also done the same in bringing more than 80 partners together to find common ground on education funding through the Roadmap for P-20 Education Funding. At the local level, we work with community leaders and more than 350 partners to make education a top priority across the state, with regular work in over 30 cities and towns. We share tools and information with our partners who use them to amplify their work and have a greater impact in their communities.

We are the only education organization in Arizona that works with partners and stakeholders around the state at every level of the education continuum. We are a trusted source of information about what's happening in education that people across the state find value in.

Your donation will help us continue our efforts to find common ground to support all of Arizona's students and educators across the state.
