Falls City Sacred Heart Catholic School Foundation

The Falls City Sacred Heart Catholic School Foundation is organized exclusively for religious and educational purposes. Its mission includes supporting and making distributions to organizations that qualify as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Through these efforts, the Foundation advances initiatives that strengthen faith-based and educational programs within the community.

The Foundation operates in full compliance with federal nonprofit regulations and is committed to maintaining its status as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). It does not engage in activities that would jeopardize this designation and is never operated for the purpose of carrying on a trade or business for profit.

All earnings of the Foundation are dedicated solely to furthering its religious and educational mission. No part of its net earnings benefits any private individual. While the Foundation may provide reasonable compensation for services rendered, all payments and distributions are made strictly in support of its stated charitable purposes.

In keeping with its nonprofit status, the Foundation does not engage in political campaign activity on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office, nor does it devote a substantial portion of its activities to influencing legislation.
