First Responders Legacy Scholarship Fund, Inc.

The First Responders Legacy Scholarship Fund was established in honor of fallen Police Officer Darrin Reed to provide scholarships to local high school graduates so they may pursue their dreams.

With the loss of Show Low Police Officer Darrin L. Reed on November 8, 2016, the White Mountain community leaders came together to find a way to honor Darrin and all of our fallen Public Safety heroes. Members from non-profit groups, public safety, and the Reed family realized that our heroes' true goal was for all of us to give back to our community. One way of giving back to our community is to support our future leaders with their educational goals. Our organization focuses on awarding scholarships to successful graduates in the White Mountain School Districts so they may attend higher education institutions.
