First Touch Family

First Touch Family provides tangible, financial, and emotional support to families of child loss from the initial trauma of loss through aftercare regardless of the age of the child.

Our programs include a range of services designed to support and honor families who have lost a child and are in need. Through Never Forgotten, we have sent 310 heartfelt birthday cards to commemorate special days. On Heaven Day, we offer cards, social media tributes, and website recognition to honor loved ones. Additionally, we host an Annual Remembrance Dinner, bringing together those who wish to remember and cherish the memories of those we've lost. In the area of Family Assistance, we have provided a total of $110,274.84 in support, including compassionate funeral planning guidance and maternity/newborn photos for families experiencing limited-life pregnancies, offering precious memories during difficult times. Under the program "After the Casseroles Go Cold" - First Touch Grief Support, our support groups create a safe space for healing. We offer Parent Support Groups for parents to share and heal together and Adult Sibling Support Groups for siblings, and are excited to announce that our General Grief Support for Adults and Youth will be available starting Fall 2024, ensuring ongoing care and community for those in need.
