Enhance the quality of life, neighborhood spirit and synergy in the Ahwatukee Foothills communities as resident representatives by creating and sustaining traditions of family-oriented events throughout the year.

Since 1995, the Festival of Lights, a non-profit 501c3 organization, has been an integral part of the Ahwatukee Foothills community coordinating and hosting events throughout the year to fund the Million White Light display along Chandler Boulevard during the holiday season. Our fundraising efforts extend to assisting local charities and we are proud of the monies we have been able to donate. Past recipients have been Girls Rule Foundation, YMCA Outreach Program for Seniors, Kiwanis, the Mellon Foundation and many more. Every year, our volunteers organize two main events: the Annual Wine & Beer Tasting Festival in April and the Holiday Kick Off Party on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The April event is our largest fundraising effort and is open to all adults. The Holiday Kick Off Party is our gift back to the community providing a day long event for families and kids of all ages to enjoy fun activities at Desert Foothills Park from 11am until 9pm. 2017 is our 22nd year of hosting these two events.
