Some of our programs include: S/N voucher distribution Lacey's Fund for medical expenses above what the County budget allows Trap, Neuter and Release Program for Feral/Community Cats in the Kern River Valley A kitten Nursery Supplies - houses, beds, bowls, etc. Capital improvements - shaded exercise yard, water heaters, washers and dryers, x-ray machine, etc.
