Frizzy By Nature

Frizzy By Nature is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that encourages self-love and inspires confidence among women while hosting events and providing resources that support them on their journey. We create spaces and environments where the black and brown community feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

We've been established and have hosted Frizz Fest in the city of St. Louis since 2017. Although women of color are the primary demographic focus of Frizz Fest, we welcome all people, of all ages, from all walks of life. We believe true happiness begins with loving yourself unconditionally. Living in a society that conceals realness and promotes unrealistic beauty standards, we strive to create an environment where everyone is free to be themselves, express their uniqueness, celebrate their natural beauty, and indulge in self-love. All while promoting and supporting local businesses and spreading positivity throughout our community.

We have successfully identified a need for representation and spaces within the community. Our intention is to continue to grow and provide even greater outlets and resources to the community we love and care for so deeply.
