Fusion You INC

Female-founded, managed, and directed 501(c)(3) organization Fusion You Inc. provides accessibility to life coaching, expressive arts instruction, and creative healing modalities for underserved populations in the Phoenix valley. Income, socio-economic status, zip code, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or life circumstances should never dictate a person's path to healing and wholeness. Our dream is to honor every human's right to establish a growth mindset to guide them in life.

When you're already feeling lost and overwhelmed, barriers to seeking help can seem insurmountable. Arizonans are currently experiencing a severe drought in emotional wellness providers and support programs. AZDHS reports that Arizona ranks 47th out of 50 states for availability of mental health providers. Because of this shortage of qualified professionals, in addition to the already limited coverage from insurance, the cost of care, and the lack of types of treatment available, 62.6% of adults with a mental illness in Arizona received no treatment or support. That is unacceptable! Clearly, emotional support through life coaching and creative modalities is urgently needed in our current political and social climate; however, it remains largely available to only the affluent.

A single life coaching session can range from $100-$300, with the ongoing cost of support needed to create lasting change costing thousands of dollars. Fusion You disrupts this traditional approach to transformation and support by offering something truly empowering to disadvantaged individuals in our community -- scholarships to participate in our 26-week program designed to immerse them into a space of creativity and learning. This unique long-term approach is designed to help clients break through their mental blocks, discover their innate gifts, and live a life filled with more joy, creativity, love, acceptance and freedom.

A cornerstone of Fusion You is a holistic approach to whole-self, purposeful transformation. We combine life coaching sessions with creative modalities implemented by professionals and teachers of art, music, writing and more. Physical movement classes and group workshops enhance the work done in individual coaching and creative sessions in order to capture the entire mind, body and spirit of the human experience.

All of our organization's life coaches are experienced and certified in life coaching, and our processors are highly skilled in their creative modalities with proficiency in encouraging emotional growth. Coaches and teachers guide participants, empowering them in creating an established goal set. Together, they work on breaking through negative conditioning and internal/external barriers in order to achieve desired growth and sustained self-management.
