Imagine how terrifying it must feel when someone you love has gone missing. A toddler slips out of his yard on a rainy autumn evening, or a senior citizen with dementia walks away from their home. Perhaps a despondent friend has disappeared, and no one knows what has happened to them. We are here to help.

Gateway Search Dogs, Inc. has served many local and state law enforcement agencies in Missouri, Illinois and surrounding states in the location of missing and/or deceased persons. Our impact on the community can be measured in two ways. First, by families and friends who are reunited with a lost loved one, or who experience a measure of closure when an individual is recovered and accounted for. The second measure of our impact lies in the assistance we provide to already overburdened law enforcement agencies whose budgets cannot accommodate the expense of highly trained canines used in search and recovery operations.
