Gliding Stars of Erie Inc

The Gliding Stars of Erie provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to grow physically, socially, and emotionally through the sport of ice skating.

Through weekly instruction in a supportive, team-oriented environment, skaters build strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and independence. Our program is powered by dedicated volunteers who provide encouragement, friendship, and one-on-one support to help every skater reach their goals.

“I CAN DO IT! I CAN SKATE!” is more than a theme — it reflects the confidence and determination our skaters gain both on and off the ice. Challenges become achievements, new possibilities are discovered, and every success is celebrated.

Each season culminates in our annual ice show, a moving celebration of courage, perseverance, and the incredible spirit of our skaters.
