Politicize.
The voice of the hospitality industry has long been apolitical. Good Trouble Network defies this silence by proudly saying fuck racism. In addition to racial justice, we stand with prison reform, reproductive rights, accessible housing and humane immigration practices.
Collaborate.
We collaborate because we are stronger when we work together. Like any coalition worth a damn, Good Trouble Network strives to be a constant source of shared resources as well as values. By building a network of workers, we can amplify our message and reach a larger audience.
Inform.
Each of the local and progressive organization that we fundraise for does important work. Good Trouble Network helps campaign for their causes and informs our community about why it matters. Knowledge is the first step to mobilizing for change.
Fundraise.
Every month Good Trouble Network selects a local organization that fights for social justice and/ or human rights to fundraise. No member of Good Trouble Network can ever profit from a fundraiser. Every penny raised is donated.
"In 2021, donor support has empowered the ACLU of Louisiana to file a total of thirty cases against police who've acted unconstitutionally toward Black and Brown community members; you've fueled our fight against mass incarceration and immigrant detention, and you've empowered our voting rights work and redistricting campaign during this once-in-a-decade opportunity to advocate for fair representation. Every gift through Good Trouble Network will help advance our work in 2022."
