We are also grateful to organizations like the Connecticut Community Foundation, the Northwest CT Community Foundation, Benevity, the Archdiocese of Hartford Archbishop Annual Appeal, Rona Jaffe Foundation, Goshen Wine & Spirits, Goshen Running Club, and St Thomas of Villanova Church of the St Louis de Montfort Parish with their textile bin who gives the funds to GGNF.

Who We Are

We are a 501(c)(3) Public Charity

In 1977, a small group of concerned Goshen residents joined together to raise funds to meet the emergency needs of a neighbor. That act of neighbors working together to assist a neighbor led to the formation of the Goshen Good Neighbor Fund, Inc.

The Goshen Good Neighbor Fund, Inc. serves those who live in Goshen and who, for whatever reason, find themselves in need of emergency financial assistance. In the years the organization has been in existence, scores of neighbors have received support. The amount of need is sometimes small, sometimes substantial. Emergency circumstances have always been addressed to the best extent possible.

It is our hope that funds will perpetuate and will always be available for those who need it. The annual fundraising calendar supports this effort.
