Grace Meadows (Southbury Elderly Housing Inc, & Pomperaug Senior Housing Inc.)

Grace Meadows is a Senior Affordable Housing complex located in Southbury, CT.  The complex of 88 single story, one-bedroom apartments was built on 34+ acres.  The volunteer Board of Directors and a management group provide for the smooth running of Grace Meadows. 

This active community is home to local seniors from every walk of life. 

Many programs and services are offered at Grace Meadows.  The grounds are surrounded by mature trees and are maintained with walkways throughout, providing needed safety and opportunity to enjoy nature. 

Residents have requested extra lighting along the walkways placed near the benches.  This additional lighting will increase the use of the walkways and extend the hours of outdoor activity.  We are hoping to provide for three new light poles.  The cost of each light pole is $2,500.
