Greater Erie Youth for Christ

Since 1955, Greater Erie Youth for Christ has been on a mission to reach young people ages 11–19 with the hope of Jesus Christ. Through authentic relationships, mentorship, and meaningful programs in schools, detention centers, and neighborhoods, we meet youth where they are and walk with them toward lasting transformation.

In recent years, we’ve gone through a season of rebuilding—with a new executive director, a renewed board, and a clear vision for the future. We’re committed to growing a Christ-centered ministry rooted in prayer, accountability, and impact. We’re expanding our reach through strategic teams focused on volunteer engagement, youth discipleship, fundraising, storytelling, and more.
