H2O Ministries

H2O is dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus with foster youth who have aged out of foster care by providing housing and other support services.

H2O Ministries provides a 12 month transitional living program to female youth, ages 18-21, who have aged out of foster care. We provide safe and stable housing, transportation, access to various resources, and life-skills training. H2O was founded in 2018 after a group of community members saw the lack of resources available to youth who had aged out of foster care and the negative outcomes youth experienced due to the lack of resources available. Originally, H2O provided tangible goods to youth in need, but quickly saw that housing was one of the main barriers that kept youth from thriving into independence. H2O then began planning to meet this need and opened a transitional home in 2020. Since 2020, H2O has provided transitional living services to 14 clients and plans to continue to serve youth in need of housing.
