Hayley's Halo

Hayley's Halo's mission is to pair special needs children with animals, music and creative arts as a form of therapy. We will have camps for specials needs children and offer various events to the community throughout the year. The ultimate goal is to get to know our special needs families in the area and to provide employment opportunities and independent living options for their family member, so they can have something to look forward to upon graduating.

Hayley's Halo will offer camps to special needs children in the area. Camps will include time spent with the animals in the miniature animal petting zoo, crafting, music and art. The crafts will be sold in the retail center, with 50% going to Hayley's Halo and 50% going to the artist. We will also be offering employment opportunities to special needs adults who would like to work in the welcome/retail center and/or petting zoo. This is a 3 phase project:

Phase 1 - Petting zoo and welcome/retail center. This will allow us to start holding camps for special needs kids and holding events throughout the year for our community.

Phase 2 - Animal rehab and rescue, organic greenhouses and organic gardens. This will give additional employment opportunities to special needs adults in our area.

Phase 3 - Sanctuary/common area with kitchen and living quarters and cabins for special needs adults to live and work independently on the property.

Once phase 2 is complete we will be able to offer additional job opportunities to the special needs community as well as offer an animal rescue and rehab for our community. Phase 3 offers a plan for independent living to our employees.
