Helping Hands Outreach Ministries, Inc.

For over 35 years, we have been dedicated to helping motivated men on their journey to sobriety and responsible citizenship. Our facilities include 28 emergency shelter beds at 50 Lowell Street and 28 studio apartments at 140/142 Central Street in Manchester. We provide professional Case Management services to support men in achieving independence. Approximately one-third of those who enter our program successfully transition to stable, long-term housing—a testament to our impact. Our residents come from jails, prisons, local shelters, or directly from the streets. We also offer nutritious, chef-prepared meals Monday through Friday, with additional food available for self-preparation at any time.
