Hemphill County Regional Healthcare Foundation

A nonprofit organization

The Hemphill County Regional Healthcare Foundation was established to support the residents of Canadian, Texas and the surrounding region. Our Foundation is committed to helping shape the future of rural health.

As a community organization with deep local roots, we believe strongly in investing in and developing partnerships within our communities. We aim to further community health education and training programs, capital improvement projects, employee wellness opportunities, and enhancing the overall quality of life for the next generation.

The Hemphill County Regional Healthcare Foundation has chosen "Education" as the focus for The Panhandle Gives 2025 campaign. This year’s initiative will specifically support scholarships for participants in the Rural Nursing Education Consortium (RNEC) at Hemphill County Hospital District. We are deeply committed to supporting our local workforce and cultivating future healthcare professionals for the Texas Panhandle.. This effort aligns with our Foundation's motto, "Leaving a Legacy," by investing in the education and future success of our community’s next generation.
