Who we are

HighPoint is the principal resource for basic needs support in our area. We are a volunteer driven organization working to bring wholeness to the community by sharing of the Gospel and meeting physical needs. HighPoint exists to meet the needs of children, fragile adults, the elderly, and families. HighPoint helps with resources to reduce the suffering of families caught in the cycle of hunger, poverty and homelessness.

TOGETHER, with over 200 volunteers serving each week, local mission partners, business supporters, prayer warriors, and faithful donors like yourself, we meet with families regularly to understand their circumstances, meet needs where we can, coordinate community support and pray for them. 

Who we serve

Families who visit HighPoint for help with basic needs are severely affected by the surge in the cost of living. In the month of August alone, HighPoint served an average of 402 clients each week and 51 new clients because their income is not enough to cover their expenses. 

It's heartbreaking to see our neighbors, friends, and fellow community members feeling afraid and hopeless, struggling to feed their families, pay the rent, afford prescriptions, and fuel their cars to get to work. As a friend of HighPoint, TOGETHER, we can make a difference.
