Holy Spirit Catholic School

A nonprofit organization

We are a small school with a huge heart.  Our families entrust their children to our caring staff, knowing that we treat them as our own.

Our goal this year with Giving Tuesday funds is to create more after-school opportunities, field trips, educational assemblies, and pet care. We are planning to start clubs to enrich the students' academic learning with some new hobbies such as St. Christopher Club, a knitting club, an art club, and a fitness club.

We have a turtle, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, and snakes which all require food, shelter, heat lamps, and treats.  The students enjoy learning to care for our pets.  We hope to add chickens and possibly pigmy-fainting goats in the spring.

At St. Christopher Club, students will learn about Catholic children from around the world.  We will make recipes and crafts, play games, and read books from countries with the help of the Holy Heroes Very Young Catholics program.

Assemblies and field trips are a great way to get children excited about reading, science, art, and music.  They can also be quite expensive.  We hope to expand our educational experiences this year.

Our families are grateful for the difference Holy Spirit Catholic School makes in the lives of our students.  Please help us share this with as many students as possible.

Who We Are

At Holy Spirit Catholic School, believe that a child's greatest happiness is found in communion with Christ. Therefore, our mission is to help them discover their vocation and to abide in Christ through immersion in the faith, every day and all day. This includes starting the school day with communal prayer, class Masses, weekly all-school Masses, daily devotions, onsite Eucharistic chapel visits, and service to the community.

We believe that the zeal and example of our faculty, staff, and community are vital in the formation of each student. Our faculty is dedicated and experienced with specialties in Learning Disabilities, Hearing Impairment, Early Childhood, and Reading Instruction.

We believe that all students have the capability to learn when instructed in a highly structured, diversified, nurturing environment, with their own individual educational goals to achieve their maximum academic potential.

We believe that our students and staff must proclaim the true beauty of what we have to offer, that is evangelization. Our Parish family is intrinsically vital in nurturing beauty in these children as they lead and model the selfless acts of giving and service.
