Westmoreland Hope in Action, WHIA, is a faith based (501c3) non-profit. Our mission is to identify, pursue, and engage the most at-risk individuals in our community in order to encourage, empower, and otherwise assist them in achieving spiritual, financial, mental, and physical wholeness.

We are committed to connecting individuals with the resources and relationships needed to find hope.
