Horizon Housing Development Company

Horizon Housing Development Company was founded in 2003 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We provide permanent housing to St. Louis City individuals with developmental and mental disabilities who are homeless. Although permanent housing is our main goal, we also contribute to e fight to end homelessness. Housing is a key stabilization factor for success in future endeavors including but not limited to, employment and scheduling daily activities. HHDC is helping individuals with disabilities live independently with little assistance. Housing within our agency is not just a home but hope for the future.
