We take pride in providing the quality of care you and your family deserve. Our priority is to individualize each patient's care with the services needed during such a difficult time.
Hospice in the Pines has a generous community support network, which enables us to provide all patients and families with the services they require, regardless of their financial solvency. The range of services covered under Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance contracts are within the full scope of hospice care. Charity care is provided but limited in the array of services covered under other financial benefit programs. We realize healthcare costs are another source of stress and we extend our medical social workers to assist you with financial counseling as well as various resources. Charitable contributions allow us to extend many services above and beyond those covered by our patient payor sources. Therefore, we must do our part in managing these contributions so they truly provide for individuals unable to pay for these services.
