House of Faith

Taking JESUS to neighborhood children, youth, and families.

House of Faith is a faith-based, community-supported organization offering free weekly after-school and summer programs for children and youth, as well as family ministry, designed to build relationships, strengthen faith, and provide a sense of belonging.

Over 800 students ages 4-18 are enrolled in House of Faith programs.  Backyard Bible Clubs for elementary-aged children take place at 10 sites that serve 14 elementary schools across San Angelo. Children play games, enjoy snacks, listen to Bible stories, memorize scripture, and learn how to apply what they're hearing to their everyday lives.

 House of Faith has a program designed specifically for middle and high school students. Every Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the youth group for 6th-12th-grade students gathers for a meal, fellowship, worship, and a gospel message or small-group discussion. The  Tuesday evening Family Bible Study, Family Events, and Summer Camps round out the year at House of Faith.  All House of Faith programs are free, and transportation is provided.

House of Faith has an active and vital volunteer base throughout the year, with a variety of opportunities for those interested in volunteering.

House of Faith carries out the mission of Taking JESUS to neighborhood children, youth, and families by focusing on giving students and families the Hope found in Jesus and directing them toward a positive way of thinking.
