Caribbeing is more than just a brand – it's a movement! From our roots in Flatbush, we evolved into a vibrant multiplatform organization celebrating Caribbean culture, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Our mission has resonated with millions, earning us numerous awards and features.

At Caribbeing, we believe that the Caribbean Diaspora is a vibrant and integral part of New York City’s fabric. That's why we're dedicated to creating spaces, experiences, and merch that honor our cultural heritage and bring people together. From our flagship store/gallery at 1399 Nostrand to our eighth annual holiday market featuring dozens of makers and artisans to our programming at Brooklyn Botanic, Prospect Park, Governors Island and elsewhere, we're committed to showcasing the best of Caribbean culture and creativity. 

We're proud to support artists, makers & small businesses, and to provide a platform for them to share their talents with the world.

4. In 2024, we won several awards including Excellence in Historic Preservation, a Gold Anthem, Women in Tourism & in September was named coolest neighborhood in NYC (#17 in the world) by Time Out New York
