Ignite Leaders is locally based and leadership focused. Students learn what the "leadership legacy" is they want to leave in their world.

Our ISLE (Ignite Student Leadership Experience) program is for high school students to participate in workshops, relevant curriculum and service learning, with the goal of helping develop them into bold-hearted leaders* who will influence their schools, families and community… to change the world.

Students who attend our ISLE program will participate in workshops and experience relevant curriculum designed to help them dig deep, develop self-awareness, learn humility & integrity, and become bold-hearted leaders* ready to change the world.

A key concept we teach students is INAM: It's Not About Me. Meaning they learn how to be focused on others more than themselves and to lead with authentic humility and transparency.

* A bold-hearted leader is a leader who knows & loves themselves; who loves & serves others; and realizes changing the world starts with them.
