In Our Own Voices, Inc.

For over 16 years (In Our Own Voices, Inc.) IOOV has provided services and support to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people of color communities in the State of New York.

IOOV engages in advocacy and education on a number of levels, working to ensure the voices of LGBT POC are a part of important conversations in our communities. IOOV also advocates for legislation and policies that improve the lives of LGBT POC, as well as for the enforcement of existing legislature.

IOOV remains committed to those in need of health care services and other life-saving programs that have been devastated by government cut-backs and fiscal rigidity.
