At Interlakes Theatre Company, we believe in the power of theatre to change lives—for the children who find their voice onstage at summer camp, for the emerging professionals who get their first real break in our summer stock season, and for the community that gathers to witness the magic they create together.

Our roots go back decades: Interlakes Children’s Theatre has long been a beloved local camp where young performers grow in confidence, creativity, and collaboration. Alongside it, Interlakes Summer Theatre has brought in rising professional actors, directors, and designers from across the country to stage top-tier productions in the Lakes Region. This year, we’re coming together as one nonprofit organization, united by our mission to nurture the next generation of artists while enriching our community through live performance.

We’re a launchpad for dreams: our camp kids discover what they’re capable of, our young professionals take major steps toward careers in the arts, and our audiences witness the joy and power of live theatre, right here in Meredith.
