Dar Al-Jalal Mosque

Dar Al-Jalal Mosque was opened in 2012 and as we reach our 5 year anniversary, we are excited to share with you our young journey and extraordinary growth.

Our vision in 2011 was to create a Prayer Space and Community Center for North County Residents; in 2012 we were blessed with the ability to purchase the State Farm Building in Hazelwood, MO. We began renovations and opened the Prayer Hall that holds 5 daily prayers and our Friday Congregational Prayer.

In 2014 we embarked on renovations to the second floor to create a School for our youth. It currently operates as a Sunday School, and we are proud to announce that we will be at full time capacity in the Fall of 2017!

This year we have embarked on an expansion project that includes structural renovations to add a Dome and Minaret to create a visual identity for the Islamic Center and most importantly is to build a gymnasium on the North side of the facility.

This is where we need St. Louis' Support!

This gymnasium will serve our school and as allow us to see through the vision of creating a Community Center. With this gymnasium, we can create a safe space for our children to spend their time and strengthen their faith while enjoying the activities that they yearn for.

Our Vision doesn't stop here, we look forward to continuing our Positive Impact on the North County Community.
