The mission of the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana is to raise and administer funds to ensure a strong and vibrant Jewish community in Greater New Orleans and throughout Louisiana. The Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana honors the past, supports the present, and invests in the future of our Jewish community.

Since 1967, the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana has served as a repository of funds contributed by people and organizations who share our vision of a strong and vibrant Jewish community. Through our General Fund, we sustain our community by providing financial support for ongoing and new projects and initiatives and by assisting in emergencies.
JEF has an excellent reputation for prudent investing and is trusted to steward charitable funds for many of our Jewish organizations and individuals.
