The Junior League of Bryan-College Station, Inc.

A nonprofit organization

MISSION STATEMENT The Junior League of Bryan-College Station, Inc. is an organization of women whose Mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

For the last 40 years, The Junior League of Bryan-College Station, Inc. (JLBCS) has supported programs focusing on the well-being and future of Bryan-College Station's children and youth through the dedicated service of trained volunteers.

Since 2000, our largest annual community donation has been Stuff the Bus. In 2022, JLBCS purchased more than $115,000 of school supplies for 13,260 students in Bryan and College Station. These supplies provide all the basic needs for students and teachers from K-8th grade and are donated directly to the school districts for distribution.

Additionally, we were proud to support the B/CS community in 2021-22:

1. We awarded $20,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors
2. We awarded $12,000 in funding and volunteer hours to other local non-profits through our community grants program.

This year, we're excited to partner with The Brazos Valley Children's Museum to provide $10,000 in funding and volunteers to assemble STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Science) kits for low-income students in Bryan. These kits will provide at-home science projects to encourage their interest in STEAM topics.
