Is to develop character and resiliency in children by providing them with innovative and exciting programs, as well as structured alternative activities that are designed to help them to succeed.

Who we are

For more than 30 years, JOVEN has stood as a safe haven for San Antonio youth and families. What began as a grassroots effort to keep kids engaged after school has grown into a trusted community resource providing counseling, mentoring, and youth development programs.

At JOVEN, we believe every child deserves the chance to feel safe, supported, and inspired. Every day, we walk alongside youth who are navigating challenges at home, struggling in school, or simply needing a place to belong. Through caring mentors, mental health support, and positive experiences, we help them discover their strengths and build brighter futures.
