Justice for all Immigrants (JFAI) is a nonprofit organization established in 2014 dedicated to supporting low-income individuals and families. We navigate the complexities of the immigration system through legal services, education, and advocacy. JFAI centers on justice and inclusivity, offering invaluable services in San Antonio and Houston. 

Our essential programs include the Survivors Assistance Program, Deportation Defense, General Immigration Assistance, Asylum Project, and the Unaccompanied Children Program. These programs reflect our work and commitment to aiding those in need and advocating for the rights of immigrants within a framework of compassion and justice.

Help immigrant survivors rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.

Across Texas, immigrant survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other violent crimes are navigating trauma while trying to create safer futures. Many have fled unimaginable abuse, only to face complex legal barriers alone.

One of them is Isabel, a mother who has lived undocumented in the U.S. for more than 20 years. Caring for her son with a mental health disability while living in fear of deportation left her feeling trapped and hopeless, until she found JFAI. “Finally, someone was listening and guiding me forward,” she shared after attorney Daniella Salas-Chacon took her case at no cost.

With JFAI’s help, Isabel now feels safer seeking care for her son and has hope for a work permit, a home, and stability for her family.

"Everyday I lived afraid that one knock at the door would take me from my children. JFAI gave me the courage to keep fighting," Isable shares.
