KCDC is involved in several endeavors that benefit our community. First, we manage the apartment complex that provides housing for those who wish to live in Kenesaw yet desire a smaller space where maintenance is covered. We also purchased the building where The Kenesaw Market is located to keep a grocery store in our community and make it a more viable business for the grocery store manager. We also own and operate The Kenesaw Fitness Center to provide an affordable and accessible place for Kenesaw residents to work out and stay healthy. KCDC also started a new housing development to bring new families to our community and provide lots for families to build their dream homes. Finally, we are working with the Village of Kenesaw and Kenesaw Public Schools to raise money to renovate the Kenesaw City Auditorium.
