The mission of La Esperanza Clinic is to provide quality primary and preventive health and dental care services to all people, particularly the medically underserved, of San Angelo and the Concho Valley.

La Esperanza Clinic is more than just a healthcare provider-we're a nonprofit community health center and a lifeline for thousands of people in San Angelo and the Concho Valley who struggle to access quality medical care. Since 1994, we've been committed to making healthcare available to everyone, no matter their income or insurance status. Today, we serve over 11,000 patients across our three locations and bring care directly to rural communities through our mobile clinic. From primary care and pediatrics to behavioral health, dental, and women's health, we're here to ensure no one has to choose between their health and their financial stability.
