Home Assist

Independence, safety, staying connected with others. These are important parts of life that can be harder to maintain as we age or develop a chronic illness.

Licensed by the State of New Hampshire, Home Assist can provide you or a treasured family member residing in Belknap, Grafton or Sullivan counties with non-medical support to continue to live independently and thrive at home.

The primary goal of Home Assist is to help clients remain independent in their own home. The client chooses the services provided based on their needs and a plan of care is written. The plan is flexible so as your mother’s needs change, she can adjust it to meet her needs.

Since 1975, Lakes Region Community Services has been an essential community partner supporting individuals and families living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders and providing community-wide family supports to enhance quality of life from birth through the lifespan.
