Lutheran Development Group

In under a decade, over $35million has been invested in south Saint Louis through the efforts of Lutheran Development Group. This includes over 200 affordable apartments, five single family homes, a community arts center, and a local community center.
This momentum continues as Lutheran Development Group and our development partner Rise Community Development plan to start construction on Marquette Homes, 60 affordable apartments around the Dutchtown community, and Baden School, the renovation of the most prominent vacant building in the Baden neighborhood. These developments will bring with them $30 million of much needed investment into our city while renovating eight additional vacant buildings. Upon completion of these projects, Lutheran Development Group will have been directly responsible for the renovation of more than forty vacant buildings since 2014.
