The biggest problem in education is that students feel stressed, unmotivated, and lack direction. We are on a mission to change that! LSA offers success coaching and leadership development for teenagers, parents, educators, and community leaders.

The Leadership Society of Arizona (LSA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit education research organization that specializes in executive-level leadership development and social-emotional learning (SEL). LSA has developed over 200 hours of curriculum to help students manage stress, improve social skills, grow in confidence, and gain a better sense of self-worth. The objective of LSA programs is to provide resources to help students learn skills to make them stable and accountable adults. LSA has worked with over 2000+ students in the last 7 years with a 97% satisfaction rating. As a result, 67% feel less stressed, 55% feel more confident about their future, 30% have seen a GPA increase, and 85% have shown SEL improvement.

LSA has created a leadership methodology based off 25 years of industry-based research conducted at Arizona State University (28 years, 63 licenses, 2,000+ tests valued at $6.6B). This research originated in supply chain management and leadership development theory. The founders of LSA are former Arizona State University professors and PhD certified researchers, educators, and consultants. LSA uses a unique data-driven approach to improve student well-being and teacher development.
