Library Foundation of Delaware County

The LFDC serves ALL Delco libraries, providing funds for programs, collections, and initiatives that local library funding does not.  

The Museum Pass Program (annual cost $12,500 - $500 per library) allows Delco residents to access museums, zoos, and gardens free of charge. 

The 2024 Grant Program provided $1,500 to ten libraries, enabling enhancements such as a Banned Book/Challenged Book Club Kit, a Library of Things expansion, and Threads of Generations Sewing Club.

Library programs like these are important, necessary, utilized, and loved by Delco residents. Your contribution will enable the Library Foundation of Delaware County to enhance and expand quality library services.

Books are a library's foundation, but programs, education, fun, and community building complete the mission.
