This year, Linc celebrated a major milestone: creating our 100th affordable housing community across California. Each community represents more than just homes—it’s countless futures changed through stability, opportunity, and support.

Here in Long Beach, our hometown, we’ve continued to grow. In 2025, we proudly opened Zephyr, transforming a former hotel into 135 supportive apartments for individuals who have experienced homelessness. Later this year, we’ll open Crescent, adding 40 new permanent homes with on-site services to help residents thrive. Together, these communities expand Linc’s footprint to five affordable housing properties in Long Beach, with 3 more properties in development.   Currently we operate 326 affordable homes and are developing an additional 246 homes in Long Beach for families, youth, seniors, and people exiting homelessness.
